RESOLUTION NO. 3189
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
PROJECT No. 58.1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo, Alto, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of. Intapet3 r: N . 3141,
adopted by said Council on September 28, 1959, and its Resolution
calling for bids ,ofi tha,;,sa] ox' .esnds,lampsuant thereto, adopted on

WREREAt `L 1 i't'the„p time and place fixed therein for re-
ceiving bids for,,the w.ghase of said bonds, and said bids have
been received and p.l.icly ope eid, examined and declared by this
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:

bonds, excepting the bid herein stated be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered

as the higheat responsible bidder therefor, said sale
to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted aid.
2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immedi-
ately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of
the amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions
contained in said written offer.
3, That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
s hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th

Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
