RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAG ER TO
ACQUIRE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
The Council of the City of Palo Alto r es olv es:
Sec tio n 1. Th e City Man ager is he reby a uthorized to
expend such money as is r equired, estimat ed at *900.00 to
a cquire a nd impr ove the prope rty legally describ ed as:
Be ginning at a point on the Southwest erly
line of Par k Boulevard (60 feet wide), distant
thereon Northwesterly 10.00 f eet from th e point
of intersec tion of said line with th e N orth-
westerly lin e of Page Mill l oad (66 f eet wide);
thence So utheasterly along s aid line of Park
Boulevard 10, 00 feet to said point of inte r-
section ; thence Southwesterly along s aid line
of Page Mill Roa d 10.00 feet; the nce Northerly
in a dire ct line 14. 14 fe et to the p oint of
beginnin g be ing a po rtio n of Lot 5, Block 7
Hawxhu rstrs Subdivision reco rded June 6, 1868
in Book B of Miscellaneous Maps at page 642,

Nev is, Po rter , Rodgers, Stephiens, Zweng.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Giffin, Haight, Woodward.
