The Council of the City of Palo .U to
do reaolve as folloW1:
That, Whereas, wri'Gten protest e1gne4
by Tillie Veirup Jensen, George Veirup Jen~en
and Rebecca Y. Dod4, to the opening of an alley
in Bloat 13, as proposed in the Reeolution of
Intention #369 of thie Council. haa been made;
and
Whereas said objections of said property
owners above named have been laid before this
Council by the City Clerk:
Now, Therefore, th1a Council hereby fixes
the 8th da.y of December. 1924, at the hour of
7:30 P. M. at the oounoil chamber in the oity
hall of eaid city as the time and place when and
where said objection• will be heard, and the Clerk ot this Council ie he~eby directed to notif.y said
objeotors of the hearing, in the manner and form
proTided by the Street Opening Aot of 1889.
The above and foregoing resolution was
duly passed by the City Council of the Cit, of
Palo Alto on the 19th day of November, 1924, by
the followirig vote:
