CITY BONDS l{NOWN AS WA':'ER AND SEWER
BONDS OJt, 1923.
The Couno1l of the City of Pe.lo Alto
do resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council has reoeived
bids for tho SP..le of 20 bonde of the denomina-
tion of '1000.00 eaoh known &B tho water and
Sewer bonds of 1923, a.nd
WHEREAS, the Cou.noil r.iae duly ooneidereo
said bide for the purohaae o! eaid bonde:
NOW. THERE1',0F.E. it 1s i:ereby resolved
that the Water and Sewer bonds of 1923 oonsieting
of 20 bonds ot the denomination of fl000.00 eaoh,
and bearing interest at the rate o! 5 per cent,
be and the aame are hereby sold to the J.nglo
London Paris Company tor the sum of $21,226.00 and
aoorued interest to date of delivery.
The City Treasurer of the City of Palo AJ.to
ia hereby authorized t0 deliver said bonds to the
An~lo london Paris Company upon pay~ent of the eum
of e21.226.00 and aoorued intorcet to date of
deli,rery.
Duly passed this 26th d.ay of June. 1924,
