The Council of the City of Falo Alto Do ResolY6· aa follows:
Seot1on l. 1'he pool shall be open six days each week,
~onday being reserved for cleaning.
3eot1on 2. Swimming shall be prohibited and the pool closed
and lookad at 10 p.m. each day. 1'b.e pool shall be opened at
4 a.m.
Section 3-During the months of April, May, June. July,
August and Jeptember, and during lmoh other months aa may be
neo~asary due to ol1mat1c conditions affecting the use of the
pool, attend.ante shall be in ohargo of th•. pool and surround-
ing grounds as follows. One attendant on 'lUesday, dednesday,
Thursday and Friday, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from
3 a.m., to 2 p.m.. Two attendants on 38.turd.ay, from 2 p.m.
tC\ 10 p .. m. and Sunday a.ud Holidayo :trom 9 a..m. to 10 p.m.
Section 4. A.a. admission fee of 26¢ shall be charged all
persona uain.g the pool during tho :folloWing houre. Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday and friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday
from l :p~m. t.o 10 p.m.: and 3unde.y e.nd Holidays from 9 e..m. to
10 p.m.. At all other times th.e use of the pool shall be free.
3eot1on 5. All fees oollaotod ahall be depo3ited with the
oity tax collector. An aooount of all feea shall be kept by
the oit7 auditor and the cost of the attendants and other
neooaaary expenNes incident to the regulation and pol1o1n~ of
the pool shall be paid out of this aceou.nt upon proper nuthor-
izat.ion by th4' oi ty oou.noil.

cha.:rgeGt with the carrying out of this re3olution, and all the
ordina.noes of the City relati.ng to the swimming pool and public
plaoea.
