the said seotion is amended to read ae follows:
Seotion l. '.J.'he.t bonds shl:l.11 be iat;ued
upon the eeourity of the unpaid aeseseoents to
said amount of. ~9797.29. in aocordanoe with the
provisions of said Improvement Aot and the
"!mp:rovement Bond Act of ~ 915"', and under n.nd
pursuant to the resolutione, notices and prooeed-
1n~e of said board duly adopted and taken; said
bends shall be called "Improvement :Bonds", shall
be ten in numbe:r, shall be dated .&pril 14, 1924,
and bear interest at the rate of six per cent per
annum from the 3rd day of April, 1924: and the
denomination of said bonds and the interest coupons
required to be attached thereto, with their
reepeotive numbers and dates of maturity, are as
