Whereas, protests were filed by w. D. ~aeson and
Gertrude Moeher: and
Whereas, the Counoil didp at its rernilaz m&et1ng on
the 11th day of rebruary, 1924, hear said protestants and the
proteete in said matter, and after due oonsider&tion and being
dnly advised in the premises, ove1·ruled said protests; and
Whereas, thie oouno 1l now finds th.at the Str~et Sup-
erintendent did d.uly poet and publish notices ot said work in
tho manner and form required. by law: and
Whereas, this Counoil f1.nds that the public interest
and co~venien~e require said work:
Now. 1berefore, the said City Council hereby orders
the fo~'.lowinP: work to be done, to-wit:
