ACCEPTING DEED t9F' EN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of. the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that that certain deed executed
by the Polo Alto Unified School District, Santa Clara County,

an interest in certain property ware particulerly described in
said deed, is hereby accepted and the. City Clerk is hereby directed
to reeanrd Ithe said deed, together with certified copies of this
resolution, in the edttoe of the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of
