RINOLVID, by the City Council the City of Palo Alto,
California', that

tion of motion No. //144 relating to mortals work to be dew
and improvements and acquisitions to be amide in said City under
and pursuant to the provisions of Articlee V of Codes Ns. itt
of said City, adapted Jaavgary 13, 1941, entitled Wla10 Alto
Improvement Proeedure Cowie", and did therein provide that serial
'weds would be issued thereunder pursuant to the previsions of
Part 4, Reno Plan C of Artiele 1'V of said Cede, referent's to said
Resolution of Intention being hereby expressly made for further
particulars;
mod, on November 29, 1936, the eanaerintindent of

of all assessments unpaid thereunder ,upon the respective assess-
ment and diagram nuatbsrs therein, whereupon said Clerk game
notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said notice ,

the respective assessment numbers absove set forth and upon doh
saes ants remain unpaid as above stated, severally and respect-

diagram recorded in the eftioe; of the said Superintendent of
Streets after confirmation by said City Camelia the several lots
represented by said assessment mumberc above set forth being se
numbered and designated upon said dim and assessment as se

3. That the total or aggregate amount of said assessments
unpaid is the sum of $436,782.28.
4. That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said
unpaid assessments in the amount of $4 ,782.10 in aoserdsaoe
with the provisions of Part 4, Bend Plan C of Article ry of the
Pale Alto likprevenent Prosedere' Cede, and under and pursuant to
the provisions of said Resolution of Intention ant the preeeed-
tn a thereunder duly had and taken; that said bends shall be

5. That said bonds shall be issued in series, andthe
unpaid assessments as shown on said list filed by the rerint.nd-
aunt of Streets and determined by said City Council, together with
the interest thereon, shall remain and constitute e a trust fund
for the reds tint and pmt of said bends and of the interest
which say be due thereon, which unpaid aseeeements shall be pay-
able in ; annual series eorresponding in number to the number of
series of bonds issued, and an even atoual proportion of each
assessment shall be payable in each year preceding the date of
maturity for each of the several series of bps issued, and such
proportion of each assessment coming due in any year, together
with the annual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in in.
stailments as the general taxes of said City en real property are
;,payable, end shall becon* delinquent at the same times and in the
same proportionate amounts and boar the same proportionate pen-
alties for delinquency.
6. That the signature of the Meyer and Tr surer be is -
pressed upon said bonds by engraved or lithegraphed process and
that said City Clerk physically sign said bonds and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City; the interest coupons affixed
thereto shall be signed by said measurer or bear his engraved,
printed or lithographed signature; and such signing and sealing
of said bonds by said officers, and signing of said corms by
said Treasurer shell constitute and be a sufficient and binding
execution of each and every one of said bonds and all of the em-
poria thereof respectively. Said bonds shell be substantially in
the ford set forth` in blond Plan ;C of Article i of said Palo Alto
