provisions of Section 4986 of the / venue and Taxation Cods of the
State of California; and
WURRA3, the City Attorney has consented to such cancellation;

Palo Alto, that, pursuant to the provisions of said Section 4986 of
the Revenue and Taxation Code, the City Controller and the City
Assessor are ordered and directed to oanoel said tax assessments
and all penalties and charges attaohing thereto and to sake the
