RABOLVgD, by the, Council of the City of Palo Alto, thsts
WHIEBAS, pursuant to Absolution No. 2782 of this Council
ordering sage, notice bas been Ouly given that this is the time
and place set for the hearing of objections to the proposed des-
truction or removal of weeds; and
WHEREAS, all persons interested were given an opportunity to
be heard, and all matters pertaining to said destruction or removal
of weeds were fully heard and :considered by this Council, and no
objections have been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT T3 OADIRED that the City ,Engineer shall
abate such publio nuisance of weeds, as declared in Resolution
No. 2782, by having said weeds destroyed or removed, and any pro-
perty owner shall have the right to destroy or remove such weeds
himself, or have the same destroyed or removed at his own expense,
provided that such weeds shall have been removed prior to the arri-
val of the City Engineer or his authorised representatives to
remove them.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Aito on Nonday, the 22nd day of 9cto)er _„ 1956,
by the following vote:
AYES: Biehpp, Byxbee, Cresap, Cummings, Drysdale, Giffin,
Marshall, Kitchell, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal.
NOES: None.
