Palo Alto:
That it 10 the intention of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto to abandon said park in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Municipal Park Abandonment Law of 1939.

§121.42a-2. The City Clerk of the City of Palo Alto 1a hereby
authorized and directed to cause`a copy at this resolution to be
published once a week for three consecutive weeks prior to the day
fixed for said hearing in the Palo Alto Tines, a newspaper of gen-
eral oircalation published in the City of Palo Alto.
ct4on 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto
is hereby authorized and directed to cause not leas than four
copies of this resolution to be poeted conspicuously not more than
100 feet apart along the boundaries of said park.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of pals Alto on Monday, the 24th day of September, 1956,
by the following vote:
