to be be·ard; and all mattere pertaining to said destruction or
removal or weedo were fully "t.le.a:rd and considered by this Council,

NOW, THBRl.PORJ.C, IT IS ORDERED that tho City Engineer shall
abate such pub11o .. ·nu1eanoe or w:Jeda, as declared in Reaolution
No. 2668, by having said weeds.destroy~d or removed, and any pro-
perty owner ahall have the r:lght to destroy or remove aucb weeds
himoelf, or have the same d9stroyed or removed at hia own e~penee,
provided that suoh weeds shall ht.ve been removed prior to the
arrival or the Oity Engineer or his authorized representatives to
remove them.
The above an~ foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular. meeting or the Council or the
City o:r Palo Alto on Monday, the 14th day or lo•.iter , 1955,,
