Dook 2629 at page 157, Otf'1c1al Records or Santa
Clara County, Qal1.f'orn1a, lying within the boundar-
ies ot Lots 22 and 23, Block l, Traot No. 1597,
Meaaowpark Unit 3.
WH!MIM, pursuant to said resolution, a public hearing was
held on November 14, 1955; and
.WMEHl.AS, from all the evidence submitted, the City Council
or the City of' Palo Alto .finds tbe.t said easement, as desoribe.d
bere1n,, in a·e:14 Beee>iutto~~ .No .. 2666, · anel on the map attached
hereto entitled wEasement Abandonment, Lots 22 & 23, Block l,
Meadowpark Unit 3, Tra.ot 1597, 11 dated October 17,, 1955,, being
Drawing No. 13266, is no longer necessary tor the purpose tor
whioh 1t was aoqu1r3d and dedicated;
.NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the CouX\c1l or the City
ot Palo Alto hereby orders said eaeement, as described herein, 1n
said Reeolution No. 2666 1 and on the map attached, abandoned.
The City Clerk shall.cause a certified copy of this reoolu-
t1on to be recorded in the oftioe or the County Reoord.er of Santa
Clara County. Said reeolut1on shall not 'be recorded until all ot
the. c:osts ot abandonment have been paid to the City by the Valley
Title Company 6t Santa Olara County, 38 North P1ret Street, San
Jose, California •
