The council of the City ot Palo Alto doea resolve aa followsz
That the Subdivision Map ot Traot No. 1611, O~t•ndell, being
a portion or L<rt ll or tbe J. J. Morrie Real lstate Co. 'a eub-
d1 v1e1on of the M. s. Loucks tract, p~pared by George s. Nolte,
Civil Eng!.neer, dated September,, 1955,, be and the same hereby is
approved and acoepted;
BE IT PU:RTBXR RBSOLVRD that all streets and portions ot
streets shown upon said map within said $ubd1v1aion be and the
aae hereby are aocepted as dedicated. tor publio use;
BE IT FURTHBR RESOLVBD that easements tor public utilities
on, over or through those certain strips or land lying between
the rear and./or 81de lines or lots and parallel dotted linea and
designated "P.U.E." {Publio Utility Basement) be and the aame
hereby are aocepted as dedicated tor public u1e, such eaaements
