RBSOLUT.ION APPROVING PINAL MAP O.P 'l'RAC'.r .HO. 1585
The Council ot the 01.ty or .Palo Alto does resolve a1 follows:
Th&t the Subd1v1e1on Map ot Tract No. 1585, being a aubd1v1a1on
of a portion ot Lot 51 or the c. M. Wooster Sub<11v1a1on or the Clarke
Ranch, recorded 1n Book 11 0" or Mapa at page 16, Record.a of Santa
Clara County, California, prepared by Calvin M. Jones, Civil Bngi·
neer, dated July, 1955, be and the aame hereby 1s approved and
accepted, aubJect to the subdiv1der'a compliance with the conditions
set fcrth in City Engineer•a Bulletin No. 55-95J
That said Final Map 1hall not be recorded until compliance with
the above conditions has been completed to the satia1'act1on ot the
Cit~ Engineer of the City of Palo Al.to;
BE IT .FURTHER REf )LVED that 1lowera Lane, as ehown on aa1d
map within aaid eubd1v1s1on, be and the same hereby is accepted as
dedicated.. for• public use;
Bi IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easementa for public utilities on,
over or through those certain stripe or land lying between the rear
and/or aide lines or lots and parallel dotted lines and designated
11 P.U • .E.11 {Public Utility Baeement) be and the &&M hereby are
accepted aa dedicated tor public use, auoh eaaementa to be kept open
and free rrcm buildings and structuraa or any kind.
The above and foregoing renolution was duly and regularly
introduced and paaeed at e regular meeting or the Council of the
C1ty of Palo Alto beld on Monday, the 12th day of Septe;b1r
