All of that portion of Greer Road (formerly Marian
Road) lying within the boundaries of Lots 134, 135,
138, 141, 1421 143 and 144 as shown upon that certain
map entitleC< 'C. M. ~'iooster Company'::; Subdivision of
the Clarke Hanch 11 , whicb map was filed for record ill
tbe office of the Reco:rci.er of the County of Janta
Clarari State cf California o·~ November 11, 1912 in
Book 1011 of' Maps, page 10.
