RESOLUTION NO. 2625 RESOLUTION APPROVING FIN.AL MAP OP TRACT NO. 1496 The Council or the City or Palo Alto does resolve as tol- lowa: '!'hat the ~ubd1v1s1on M&p of Tract No. 1496, being a sub- division of a portion of' Rancho Rincon de la San Franoisquito in th·~ C!.+.y of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, prepared by Leo w. Ruth, Civil Engineer, dated April, 1955, be and the same hereby ia approved and accepted, subJect to the subdivi- der' a compliance w1·th the conditions set forth in Engineering Bulletin No. 55-57; That said Final Map shall not be recorded until compliance with the abov~ cond1t1ona has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto; BE IT FUR'l.1HER RESOLVED that a portion of San Antonio Road, Transport Street, Iudustrial Avenue, Commercial Street and those areas designated "Dedicated for Street Purposes," as shown on said map within sa.1d subd.1vision, be and the same hereby are accepted as dedicated for public :·.se; BB I.T FURTHER RESOLVED tnat easements for public utilities and anchor purposes under, on or ove~ those certain strips of land dee1gnated "P.U.E." and 11A.E.11 , respectively, be and. the same hereby are accepted as dedicated for puolic use.
