RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OP
TRACT NO. 1531, CRESCEN'r VIEW
Tbe Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as fol-
That the Subdivision Map ot Tract No. 1531, Crescent View,
being a portion of the Rancho Rinconad.a del Arroyo de San Pran-
c1aqu1to in the City or Palo Alto, Cou.nty CJf Santa Clara, State
of Cal1torn1a, prepared by George s. Nolt~, Civil Engineer, dated
May, 1955, be and the same hereby is approved and accepted;
BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED that Sharon Court, as shown on said
map within said subdtv1a1tin, be and the same hereby is accepted
as dedicated for public use;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easemente for public utilities
"on,. over or through those certain strips of land lying between
the rear and/or side lines of lots and dotted lines and desig-
nated 11P.U.E.11 {Public Utilities Easement) be and the same hereby
are accepted. as dedicated tor public use, such easements to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures or any kind•
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular illeet1ng or the Council or the
