RBSOLU'l'ION NO. 2623
RESOLU'l'ION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT HO. :530, CRES~T MANOR
The Council or the City of Palo A to does resolve as tol-
lows:
Tbat the Subdiv1e1on Map of Tract No. 1530, Crescent Manor,
being a portion or the Rancho Rinconada del Arroyo de .San Fran-
cisqui to in the City or Pa.lo Alto, County ot Santa Clara, State
or California, prepared by George S. Nolte1 C1v1l Engineer,
dated May, 1955, be and the same hereby is approved and accepted;
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Pitman Avenue, ae shown on fu~id
map within said subdivision, be and the same hereby ie accepted
as dedicated ror public use;
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easements for public ut111t14!S
on, over or through those certain strips or land lying betweet1
the rear and/or side lines or lots and dotted lines and desig-
nated 11P.U.E." (Public Ut111t1es Easement) be and the same he~reby
are accepted as ded.j.cated for pub~1.:: use, such easements to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures o! any kind.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a r.agular meeting of the Council oi' 1~he
City of Palo Alto on Monday, the _ill.!!_ day or_ June , 1955,,
