ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUX or AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX .ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CI'l'Y STRU'l'S.
WHEREAS, a memorandum or agreement haa been preaented
to be entered into w1th the State ot Cal1torn1a 1n accord-
ance w1th a proJeot etatement aubm1tted by the City ot
for expenditure or the gas tax al-
location to o1t1ee for the r11cal year 19$6 ~ and
WHEREAS, the o1ty oouno11 has heard r~ad aa1d agree-
ment 1n tull and 11 t&ll111ar with the contents thereof;
THIREl'ORlt, be 1t resolved by the city oouno11 ot the
