WOOSTER COMP.'.1.NY'S SUBDIVIS.ION 0!11 THE CLARKE RANCH WHEREAS,, the Coi.mcil of the City of Pt2lo Alto did,, on• the 28th day of FebI"'uary,, 1955, pass its ResoJ.ut:lon of Intention No. 2603 to abandon an easement over the following descr1btid property in the Cit~ of Palo Alto,, County of Santa Clara, State of Ca11:f'orn1a: and That certain portion of the ao-calleo. "Mayfield Outfall Sewer11 easement as created by (l) Deed from J. J. Morris and Marian B. Morris,, his wi.fe,, dated December 4, 1909,, and recorded December 23,, 1909, in Book 352 of Deeds a.t page 446,, Records or Santa Clara County and (2) .Deed from w. B. Nash and Susan Nash, his wife, J. C. Campbell,, w. H. Methson, F. c. Drew, c. H. Oatman and J. A. Mac- kenzie to the town of Mayfield, dated December 1:3, 19o:s, and recorded December 23, 1909, in Book 3Ji.9 ot Deeda a:t page 367, Records of Santa Clara. County, and lying within the boundaries of Lot 72 of the C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch,, recorded November 11, 1912 in Book 110 11 or Maps at page 16, Records or Santa Clara county, betng more partj.cularJ.y described as fol-lows: Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of sa1d· Lot 72, distant thereon S. 52° E. 355.05 feet from the moat Westerly corner of said Lot 72; thence N. 38° East 529.82 feet to the Southwesterly line of Ross Road (60 feet wide)· thence South 52° East along said line or Ross Road i4.o feet; thence South 38° West 529.82 feet; thence North 52° ~·. 14. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolu- tion to be recorded in the office or the County Recorder of S.anta Clara County. Said resolution ahall not be recorded until all of the costs of abandonment have been paid to the City by the San Jose Abstract and Title Company. The al.Jove and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed J.t a regular meeting of the council of the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the 28th day of __ M_a_rc_h __ , 1955, by the following vote: AYES: Byx'bee, Ccrcor.,.n, Cummings, Drysdale, Huston, Marshall, Mitchell, Porter, Hodgera, Simpson, Wickett.
