WHEREA&, a/memorandum or agreement has been presented
to be entered into with th~ Btate of Cal1~orn1a in aOQOrd-
anoe w1th a projeot statement aubm1tted by the City ot
for expenditure of the gas tax al-
location to o1t1ea tor the r1aoal year 19-!·5, and
WHEREAS, the city oouno11 has heard r~ad said agree-
