RESOLUTI<lN APPROVING FINAL !'.AP OF 'l'RACT NO. 1414
The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That the Subdivis1on Map of Tract No . 1414, being all of ::.Ot
No. 3 and a portion of LOt llo. 4, Block No . 6, or SuM.ivislori No. 5,
Seale Tract, 1n the City of Palo Alto, ~ounty of ::>anta Cl ara, State
of California, prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil Eng ~neer, and
dated Decer.iber, 1954, be and t he same hereby is approved and accepted,
subject to the subdi vi der's corapl~ance wi th the conditions set forth
in Ci ty Engineer's Bulletin No . 54-149, and that said Final Kap
shall not be recorded until compl1ance with said cond1t1ons i s com-
~leted to the satisfection of the City Engineer of t he City of Palo
Alto.
BE l 'i FURTHER RESOLVED, that portions of Dei:n1s Drive a.'ld Celia
Way, as shown on sald map withi n said subdivision, be and the same
hereby are accepteJ as dedicated for public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for public ut111t1es
on, over and through thoae certain strips of l and l;ting between t he ·
rear and/01· side l ines of lots and paralle 1 dotted 11nea and desig-
nated "P.U.E." (Publ ic Utility E&sement) be and the same are bereb~·
acceptej as dedicated for public use, such easements to be kept
open and free from buildings and structul'es ?f an:,r kind.

duceti and passed at a regular meeting of t he Council of the City or
