DECLARING A PORTION OP CERTAIN TERRI'NRY KNOWN AS
EL CAMINO REAL ANHEXATION NO. l WITHDRAWN .?ROM

WHEREAS, t he property herei nafter descr1beu, being a por-
tion of that t erritory known as El Ca01ino Real Annexation No. 1,
is a portion of t he .?re1.1ont Fire District r1ow witriin t he corpor-
ate limits of t he City of Pa:;.o Alto; aud
'WHEREAS, unaer the provisions of Section J.4540 of the Health
and Sefety Coce of the state of Cali for nia, the City Council may
aeclare eaid proper ty wi thdrawn from said Fremont F~re Di strict;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council cf the City of p-.10 Alto does
resolve as follo~s:

Alto, County of Sar.ta Clara, State of Ci:!liiorn!.a, be and t he same
hereby is witharawn from the Fr emont Fire Dlstr1ct:
Beginning at the point of inter section of the
center 11ne of Char le ston Road and the center line
of El Cam1nc Real ; thence Southea s terly along said
center liue 01' El Cami no Real to the ceuter line of
Yeguas (Adobe) Creek; thence Northeasterly alor.g said
center line of Yeguas (Adobe) Creek to the Nortl:-
easterl y line of Alma Street; thence Northwesterly
along sai d line or Alma Street ar.d 1ts p•"Olongati on
to the ce~ter line of Char leston Road; thence South-
westerly along setid center line ol' Charleston Road
