TAX DEEDED PROPBR'l'Y AS PROVIDED IN THE REVENUE AND
TAXATION CODE
WHERE.AS, tbe Tax Collector of the City ot Palo Alto baa
requeeted the City council to approve the proposed aale of cer-
tain tax deeded property at public auction in accordance w1tn
the provisions or Chapter 7, Part 6, D1v~a1on l of the Revenue
and Taxation Code or the state of California;
NOV THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo .Alto does
resolve aa follows:
