That the revised Subdivision M;;i.p 01' Tract No. 1256, Channing :
Park Unit No. 3, being a portion of Lot 1, Greer Partition, datec.'.
April, 199+, revised July 16, 1954, and prepared by George S.
Nolte, Civil Enginee1', be and the same hereby is approved, sub.:
ject to the subdivider's compliance with the conditions set
forth in tbc City Engi1wer's Bulletin No. 54-91, dated July 26,
1954, and that said final map stiall not be recordea until com-
pliance with said conditions is complete to the satisfaction of
the Cit~ Engineer of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT .F'UHTH.EH RESOLVED, that the portions Of Newell Road
and Channing .Avex1ue within said tract and as shown on said map
be and the same hereby ar0 accepted for r.:·"ctication as a public
street of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FUR'I'HER fil:SOLVED, that Louisa Court and Newell Place,
as shown on said map, be and the same hereby are acceptea for
dedication as public streets of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT l<'URTHER RESOLVEi:i, that easements ror public utilities
purposes designated as "Public Utility Easements~ (P.U.E.), as
shown on said map within said subdivision, b~ and the same hereby
are accepteJ as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution :·H~s duly and reg1.ila:-ly
introduced and passed by the Council of t;he City of Palo Alto on
