of the Clarke Ranch, dated May, 1954, and prepared by James and
Waters & Associates, Civil Engineers, be and the same hereby is
approved subj&ct to the subdivider 1 s' compliance Ni th the condi-
tions set forth 1n the City Engineer's Bulletin No. 54-87, dated
July 19, 1954 and that said Final Map shall not be recorded until

BE IT l•'UH.THER RESOJ..VED, that Wellsbury Way as shown on said
map within said subdivision be and the same hereby is accepted
as ~edicated for public use:
BE IT FmtTHER RESOLVED, that eaa~ments for public utilities
on, over· or through t~ose certain strips of' land lying between
the rear and/or e1d.e 11~es of lots and the adjacent parallel
dotted lines and designated as "P.U.E.11 (public utility easement)
be and the same hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use,
suct1 easements to be kept open and frde from buildings and atruc-

BE IT BURTHEH RESOLVED, that the strip of land one root ln
width' across the Northwesterly termination of Wellsbury Way,

of lots in said subdivision until additional land adjoining such
