The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as i'ol-
That the Subdivision Map of Tra<~t No. 1339, Colonial court
Unit 3, in the City of Palo ~lto, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, dated June, 1954, and pr€1paref.l by George S. Nolte,
Civil Engineer, be and the same hereby is aoproved, subject to
the subdivider•s cornpliar.~e ~ith the conditions set forth ~n
City Engineer•s Bu~letin 54-75 dated June 29, 2954, and that
said final 1nap shall not be re~orded until compliance wlth said
conditions is complete to the satisfaction of the City Engineer

~· BE IT .B'URTJ:lliR RESOLVED, ·chat Agnes ~Jay and portions of Ore-
gon Avenue, Dennis Drive and Celia Way, as shown on said map
within said subdivision, be and the s.ame hereby are accepted as
dedicated for public use; ..
BE IT l1,URTHER RESOLVED, that eas,~ments fer public utilities
on, over or through those certain str:lps of land lying between
the r•ear and/or side lines of lots and parallel dotted lines and
designated "P.U.E.11 (Public Utility Easoment), be and the same
• hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use, such easements

to be kept open and free from buildinE;s and structures of any
kind;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the strips of land one foot tn
width across the terminations of streets, each designated "1 Ft.
Reserve," be and the ."~.ame hereby are ~ccepte~ as dedicated for
public use but reserved specifically for use of owners of lots
in said ,.subdivision until addJ.tional land. adjoining such. reoerve
has been accepted by the City Council, at which time this reser-
