A'l'TORHIY '1'0 COMMIHCB QUIBT TITLE AC'l'IONS • WHKRKAS, pursuant to the provisiOns of the Revenue and Taxation Code ot the State or California and the A~inistra­ tive Code ot the City or Palo Alto, certain parcels of proper- ty in the City have been conveyed tQ the City by the Cit.J Tax Collector and the Tax Collector ot the County of Santa Clara tor non-payment ot City and County taxes; and WHEREAS, the City desires to clear title to such property tor the purpose of sel+ing the same; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, thet the City Attorney be and he hereby is auth- orized and directed to take such legal action aa is necessary .:-in behalf ot the City to Ql1iet title to the following property~ 1.
