RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 1300
•
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
• That the Subdivision Map of Tract No. 1300, baing a portion • cf Lot 119, C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clarke
Ranch, in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, 8tate o~
California, dated ··March, 1954, and prepared by l\1ackay and Somps,
• Civil Engineers, be and the same is appro~cd and accepted.
BE IT .fi'URTHER RESOLVED, tht:.t the easements for public util-
ities purposes on, under or over those certain strips of land ly-•
ing between the rear and/or side l'ines of lots and the dotted lines
• parallel thereto and each designated 11 5 1 P.U.E.,11 which strips of
land are tO'· be kept open and free from buildings or structures of' •
any kind, be and the same hereby are accepted as dedicated •
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduned and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
Monday 1 the lOth day of Hay 1 1954, by the ~allowing vote:
AYES: Bishop, Byxtee, Cashel, Corcoran, Cummings, Drysdale, Hanley,
Marshall, Mitchell, Porter, Rodgers, RuppenthGl.l, Slmpson, Wickett.
NOES: None.
