RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT N~ 12,6 • • •
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as •ollows:
That the ~ubdivision Map of Tract No. 1256, Channing Park •
Ur.it No. 3, being a portion of Lot 1, Greer,.Partition, in the City
of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of Calil'ornia, dated
April~ 1954, and prepared by ~eorge s. Nolte, Civil Eng1neer3 be
and the same he.~"eby,is approved and o;~ccepted. • ..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portions of Newell Road and
Cbannine; Avenue within said tract and as shown on said map be S"ld
the same hereby are accepted for dedication as a public street of
the City of Palo Alto. ...
BE.IT .l<"'URTHER RESOLVED, that Louisa Court and Newell Place,
as shown on said map, be and the sa.'tle hereby are accepted for
dedication as public streets or' the City.. of Palo Alto.
BE IT JI'URTHER RESOLVED, that easements ::.'or public ut!lit.~.ea
purposes designated as 11 Public Utility Easements11 (P.TJ.E.), as
sl-Jown on said map within said subdivision, be and the same hereby
are accepted as dedicated.
The above and fores;oing resolution was duly and regular·ly
