RESOLUTION NO. ?519 RESOLUTION Olt, INTENl'ION TO ABANDON A PARK AND RECREATION AREA IN TRACT NO. 581, LAWRENCE TRACT, IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO. - WHEREAS, on the f'inal map or 'rract No. 581., Lawrence Tract, re<:orcl.ed October 11, 1948, in Boc:>k 20 of Maps, a1; page 54, Offi- cial Records of Santa Clara Count:~:·,, State of Cal:Lfornia, Lot 25 or said tract was des:l.gnated "re,J:r<~ational area" and dedicated for park purposes for use by the C:L ty or P~lo Alto; and WHEREAS, said Lot 25 has no·t been used by the p~!"lic i'or park purposes, nor has any consi<iel~ation been pa:td therefor, nor have any public funds been e::x:pencied to improve s~tid land a..;. a pa:r.k; and WHEREAS, tile City desire.s to ~tbandon said p£trk; NOW, THEREI<'ORE, BE IT RE.'3.JLVED by the Councj.l of the Ci.ty of Palo Alto; Section 1. That it is the in~ention Of the 00unoiJ of the --.. City of Palo Alto to abandon said I,ot 25, Tract No. 581, in the City of Paio Alto, County of Janta Clara, State of California, in accordance with tl1e provisions of the Municipal Par·k Abandonment Law of 1939. Section 2.
