T'l'~··:'f' WHEREAS, the Council ot the City of Palo Jll to did, on the 8th day of March, 1954, pass its R.esolution of Intention No. 2514 to abandon the following described portion of ~leminole \IJuy in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, StatE: of CD.liforn1a: and, . I Beginning at the point of interaecticm of the most Southeasterly line of Seminole Way with the Easterly boundary of Tract No. 870 Charleston GardEma, which map was filed for record on April 30, 1951, in Ecok. 33 of Maps, at pages 26 and 27; thence from said point of beg:tnning and along said Southeasterly line of Seminole Way, South 62° 37' 16" West 95.46 feet to.the point of tangency of a curve to the left; thence a~ong said curve to the left of Radius 20 feet, through a c~~mtral angJ.e of 77° 17 1 27" an arc length of 26.98 feet· thence North- erly fr01 .. a tangent whioh t:•ears North 14° •4o~· 1111 fJest along a curve to the left of Radius 230.00 feet through a central angle of 12° 42 1 33" an arc length! o.t' 51.02 feeti. thence tangc~nt to the last named poj.nt!, 1\orth, 27° 22 1 L~-4 11 Wer;t: 45.0G feet; thence .Southeasterly from said last nam~d tangent along a curve to the left of Radius 20 feet, through a central angle ot' 90 degrees an arc length of 31.42 feetj thence tangent to the last nameu point, North 62° '37' 1611 East 111.32 feet to a point on said Eaaterly boundary of Tract 870, . Charleston Ga.l"d.ena; thence along said Easterly boundary, south 7° 15' 30" East 63.89 feet to the point of beginning; WHE~, pursuant to aaid resolution, a pu~lic hearing was held on March 22, 199~; and WHEREAS, from all of the evidence submitt(ld) tte City Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that said P')rtion of Seminole. Way, as descrited herein and in said Resolution No. £2_14 , is no longPr -.• necessa1•y for the purpose fo:r• which it was acquir·ed and dedicated; NOW, ';"HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the! Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby orders said portion of Sem:1.nole ·way, as described, herein and in Resolution No. 2514 , t=tbandor .. ed, r-eserving, however, I ' to the City of Palo Alto 1 an easement for public 1utili ties purposes in, over and acr")SS the Westerly 10 feet of the p:roperty herein- before described.
