RESOLUTION NO. 2516 i RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INT.~REST AND NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQU1SITION1 CONSTRUC'l'ION AN'D COMPLETION, BY THE CITY OF PALO ALTO, OF I.MPROVE .. MENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE PALO ALTO HOSPI'!rAL; DETERMINING THAT THE ACQUISITION 1 CONSTRUC'l'ION AND COMPLETION OF SAID MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT IS NECES- SARY AND CONVENIENT TO CARRY OUT THE OBJEC'rS1 POW:r!:RS AND PURPOSES OF SAID CITY AND IS AND WILL :BE TOO GREAT TO BE PAID OUT OF THE ORDINARY INCOME AND REVENUE OF SAID CITY.
