RESOLUTION' NO. 2515
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIN'AL MAP OF TRACT NO. 1274
The Council of the C:tty uf Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That the Subdivision Map of Tract No. 1274, being a portion
of Lots 107 end 1C8 of C. M. Wo.oster Company's Subdivision of the
Clarke Ranch -in the C:i.t:y of Palo Alto, Countyof Santa Clara,
State of California, dated February, 1954, and prepared by George
S. Nolte, Civil Engineer, be and the sar,1e hereby is approved and
accepted.
BE IT P.URTHER RESOLVED, that Ross Road and that portion of
Ross Road as shown on said map be and the aama hereby are acc~pted
as publio streets of the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for publi~ utilities
designated as "P.U.E." (public utilities easement) and also a
5-foot easement for drainage p-.Jrposes along the no:C'theasterly
boundary of Lot 9, as shown on said map, be and th~~ same. h~1reby
are a~cepte~~as dedicated.
The above and fore:going resolution was duly ct:ld regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of t~e City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the ~~ day of March _, 1954,
by the following vote:
AYES: Bishop, Byxbee, Cashel, Cummings, Drysdale, Han!ley,
Huston, Marshall, Mitchell, Porter, :lodgel,s, Ruppenthal,
Simpson, Wickett. I
NOES: None.
