RESOLUTION O:F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PP.LO ALTO
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO .AGREEMENT FOR K~INTENANCE OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, the State of California~ througt':Lts Department
of Public Works 1 Division of Highways, has pres~~nted Amendment
Number 2 to the Agree-ment for l~intenance of tho State Highway
in the City of Palo Alto, dated Februa,ry 1, l95lf;
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read as~id. Amendment
Number 2 in ;full and is fam1linr w1 th the conteT.Ita thereof;
THEREFORE~ be it resolved by the,. City Counc:il of the City
of Palo Alto that sa1.d Amendment Number 2 is hereby appr<>ved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed. to sign th~
,same on behalf of said City.
