THEREFORE, be it resolvt~d by the city council of the
City of Palo Alto that said pr<~jeo1; statement b'e and it is hereby
adopted as the budget of propo1sej E!Xpendi turea :or the gas tax
allocation to cities .• and said agrEH~ment be and the same is
h~re'by approved and the mayor !lnd the city cler·k are directed
to sign the .same on behalf of said City, said agrePment to be
