DECLARING CERTAIN 'l.':ij;RfliTOFlY KNOWN AS COASTWISE
ANNEXATION WI'l'HDFAWN FROM THE: FREMONT' FIRE DISTRir,T

WHEREAS 1 the property hereim:lttex• described, also known

WHEREAS, under the provisions! of Section 14540 ":If the

Health and Safety Code of the Stat!e of California, t11e City
Council may declare such property ~ithdrawn from s;~1d Fremont

F1ire District;
NO\'i', THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto: l

is withdrawn from the Fremont Fire. District:
