ENDORSING CHECKS AND OTHXR INSTRUMENTS

The Council or the city of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That American Truat Company be and it is hereby eelected
aa depositary o:r the funds or the City or Palo Alto and that ch~c..ks or drafto withdrawing said runda may be signed by a.ny one o1' the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that American Trust Company 1s
authorized to honor and 9ay any and nll checks and drafts or
the City of Palo Alto signed as provided hel .. ein, \l.rhether or
not payable to the p~rson or persons a1gn1ng them; and that
checks, drafts, bille or ex ~hange, and other evidences or
indebtedness may be endorsed for deposit to the account or
the City or Palo Alto by any or the foregoing or by any other ~mnloyee or agent or said City, ond may be endorsed in writing
or by 3tamp and with or without the designation of the
Person ao endorsing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the authority hereby con-
ferred shall remain 1n force until written notice o!' the revo-
ca'tion thereof by the Council or ·the Cl ty of Palo Alto shall
have been received by said depositary at the office at which
the account 1e kept; and that the certification of the City
Clerk as to the continuing authority of this resolution and
the persons authorized to sign and their signatures, shall be binding upon the City of Palo Alto.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regu-larly introduced and passed by the Council of the City or
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
