RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF BOh'DS
The Colmc11 of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasurer, be and he hereby is
authorized to exchange $5001 000.00 Treasury Certificates
of Indebtedness, 2% due Avgust 15, 1953, for $500,000.00 U.S.
Treasury Cert1t1cat~s of Indebtedness, Series D, 2 5/8~ due A<l~::at 15, 1954.
'rhe above and foregoing resolution was duly and regul11rly
introduced and passed by the Coanc11 of the C1 ty of ?a.lo Alto
at a re~ular meetin~ held on the lOth day of August, 1953
