RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
The ColJncil or the City oi' Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the Grant Deed :!'rom BARRETT &: HILP DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY., a corporation, to the CITV OF PALO ALTO, dated March 18,
1953, cover:! ng the following described px•opex•ty:
?ARCEL NO. 1: That certair1 parcel of land lying
between Lots 10 and 11, in Block 315, as shown upon the
Moo of Crescent Park Woods Unit No. 2, which Map was
flled 1n the office of the Recorder of the County or
Santa Clara, State of California, July 17, 1950, ln
Book 28 or MapsJ at pages 54 and 55, which said ~areal
or land ts designated upon said Map as 11 15' Pathway11 •
PARCEL NO. 2: Beginning at the 'o~nt or intersection
of the westerly prolongation of the southerly line or
Lotl9, 1n B1ock 315 with the easterly line of Newell Road, 40 feet in width, as shown u9on the Map of Tract No. 159,
Crescent Park Woods unit No. 2, which 'Ma") waa filed in ·
the offioo of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, July 17, 1950, in Book 28 of Mapa,
at pages 54 and 55; thence from said point of beginning,

land described in the Deed of Dedication executed by

introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting ht,ld on the 23rd day of March, 1953, by the following vote:
