The Plans and apec1ficat1ona for street improvementa under Ba1d Resolution or Intention are hereby finally adopted and approved as the plans and apec1ficat1ons to which said work and imProvements shall be done as called for 1n said Resolution or Intention. 2. The Engineer•s eetimate or the itemized and total estimated cost and expenses tor said acquisitions and improvements is hereby finally adopted and approved as the Engineer's total and detailed estimate or the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements.
