N 0 • -- OP INTINTION TO MAKI ACQUISITIONS AND IMPRO'llDmN'l'S UNIVKRSI'rY AVENUE DISTRICT OPP-STRKET PARKING P.ROJBCT NO. 52-13 RISOLVID, by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, Cal1- rorn1a, that in ita opinion the public interest, convenience, and necessity require~ and that it 1a t;e intention or said Council to order the following acquia1t1ona to be .ade, work to be done and i~rovementa to be aadc in said City, to wit: :13 1. The acquisition or the following property aa orr-street automobile parking plots and the improving or aa-. by grading and the construction therein or pavement, curbs, gutters, sewerage and drainage racil1tiea and a lighting ayste•, together with all ae- qu1a1t1ona, improvements, facilities and equipment auxiliary there- to and necessary to complete saNe: (a) Lots 22 to 29 iDclueive, Hart Subdivision of Block 6, University Park, recorded August 22, 1888, in Book "D" of Mapa at page 15. (b) Lots 22 to 25, inclusive, Hart Subdivision or Block 4, University Park. recorded August 22, 1888, in Book "D" or Mapa at page 14, recorda or Santa Clara County. 2. Whenever any public way is herein referred to aa running between two public ways, or from or to any public way, the inter- sections of the public ways re.f'ltrred. to are included to the extent that work shall be shown on the plana to be d.one thereon. 3. Said streets, avenues, roads, courts and rights ot way a~e more particularly shown in the recorda ~r the office or the County Recorder or Santa Clara County, California, and are shown upon the plane herein referred to and. .filed with the City Clerk or l!l&id City. ~. There is hereby excepted from the work above described any of auch work already done to line and grade, and marked "excepted" or shown not to be done on the plana, profiles and apecif1cat1ona. 6. Said City Council does hereby adopt and establish ae the official grades tor aald work the cradea and elevations ahown upon said plana and profiles, to which reference ia hereby made ror a description thereof. All such grades and elevations are in feet and deciaals thereof in reference to the ottieial base and datum of said city.
