RESOLVED, by the Council or the City or Palo Alto~
Cal1rorn1a, that the following be,and they are hereby rre-
11m1narily approved, and ordered riled 1n the ortice or the City
Clerk and to be referred to in the Reallution or Intention tor
the acqu1a1tiona to be had, work to be done and iaprovements to
be aade for parking lot purpoaea 1n th• University Avenue D1atr1ct, to wit:
1. Plana and S·pec1r1cationa for acqu1s1 tion and 1aprove-
ment under ~a1d resolution of intention;
2. Map or lands and easements neceaaary to be taken and acquired for the proposed improvement.
3. Engineer's eat1mate or the 1te•ized and total
estimated costa and expenses for the acquisition and iaproveaent
under said resolution or intention; and
4. Map of the assessment diattict.

California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 2nd day or
