RESOLVED, by the Council or the City or Palo Alto,
California, that the City Bngineer 1s hereby instructed to
prepare an Engineer's report, consisting of plana and speci-
f1eat1ona, eet1•ate or cost, mapa and descriptions or property
proposed to be acquired, and diagram or the assessment dist-
r1et in proceedings conducted pursuant to Resollltion No. 2382
of Jrelim1nary Determination1 adopted by the Council on
Octob$r 27, 1952.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or
resolution adopted by the Council or the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th
day of December, 1952, by the following vote or the members
thereof:
