DIRECTING MAKING OP AMENDED ASSBSSMENT
RE A.SS.ESSMXNT NO. 99
AMARILLO AVE. ET AL, PROJECT N0.49-10
RESOLVED, by the C1ty Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram waa made and filed with the
Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2089
a6opt~d by the City Council on April 9., 1951 and the prov1s1ons of
Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance
No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assesement
was confirmed by said Council on August 27. 1951 and recorded 1n the
office of the Superintendent of Streets ot sa1d City on October 12,
1951; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is an
unpaid assessment against which bonds have b~en issued under the
provisions or Part 4 of Article IV or said P~ocedure Code, has been
divided so that 1t no longer conforme to the original parcel boundaries
a~~ shown on said aeseesment and in the Audi tor' a record thereof;
NOW,, THEREr'ORE, IT IS ORDERED,, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of the lot and
parcel so divided, said parcel being desginated as Assessment No. 99.

2. That the unpaid installments or said original assessment shall.
be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the I· several parts or the original lot or parcel and the total amount of
the assessment of the several portions of the original lot or parcel
shall be eC'}ual to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, at a ~eeting thereof held on the 22nd day of September, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of; Councilmen: Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Ma.rah~ll, Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Wells, Wickett.
