DIRECTING MAKING OF ~"DED ASSESSMENT
RE ASSESSMENT NO. 676
OREGON AVE. ET AL, PROJECT NO. 48-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that

WHEREAS, an aaseasment and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention No.
1833 adopted by the City Council on March 28, 1949 and the prov1e1ons
of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being
Ordinance No. 844 or said City~ adopted January 13, 194lt. and said
asoessment was confirmed by aa1d Council on April 12, 1949 and
recorded in the office of the Superintendent or Stre~ts of said City on May 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4 of A~t1cle TV or said Procedure Code, has
been divided so that it no longer conror1os to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and f11ed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram o; the
lot and parcel so d1vid~d,Ja1d parcel being des1gnRted as Assess-ment No. 676.
2. That the unpaid installments ~r said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the
original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments
upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Aito,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 22nd day or September, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of: Councilmen: Blo,g, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Wells, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Simpson.
