RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RE$0LVE as follows:
That the Grant Deed from the PALO ALTO UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT of Santa Clara County to the CITY OF PALO ALTO, dated
September 9 1 1952, cov~-1ng the following descr1b9d property:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of' Tract
Mo. 19, MaJv1ew Homee1tes, Recorded December 7, 1931
in Volume Y" of Maps at pages 46 and 47, Records of
Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, said corner being
also the most Westerly co:ener or the 16.44 acre tract
conveyed by Croy to Champion by dedd recorded
October 11, 1949, 1n BOok 1861 of Official Records
at page 579; thence S. 19° 49 1 E. a.long the line
dividing said tracts 15.44 feet to the true point or
beginning; thence N. 56° 30' E., parallel with the
No1•thwesterly line of said 16.44 acre tract and
perpendicularly distant 15.00 feet SoutheaetE.rly
therefrom, 531.81 feet; thence S. 10° 14 1 E. along
the Northeasterly line of said 16.4• acre tract,
21.77 feet; thence s. 56° 30 1 w. 528.07 feet; thence
N. 19° 49' W. 20.58 feat to the true point of

The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of September, 1952, by the
