APPROVING M.\P OP TRACT NO. 1055~ BELL TRACT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOBS RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdiv1s1on map or Tract No. 1055>
Bell Tract, being a portion of Lots 71 and 72, C. M. Wooster
Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, dated August 1952,
and prepared by George S. Nolte, Ci •111 Engineer, be and the
same is hereby accepted by th1s Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Sutter Avenue, Sutter
Court, and portion of Ross Road, as shown on said map, be and
the same are hereby accepted as public streets or the City of Palo Alto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL'llXD, that easements for the use of
public ut111t1ea as shown on said map be and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES: Bishop, Blois, Bowe:r, Cathcart, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall,
Miller .• Montrouil, Simpson, Wells, Wickett.
NOES: None.
